How to use your worksheets and create a learning report
Get the most from SkillrHub with our matching printable packs. The worksheet codes connect to the topics here, so you can keep the pack name, pages and learning observations together.
- Choose your child. Use Edit profile to set their learning year and state or territory. Each child has separate records. Use Learning year to revisit earlier years. Update their current year in Edit profile as they move forward; older records stay saved.
- Get the matching worksheets. Use the printable-resources button below. Where a full-year bundle is available, buy once for the year. Purchases and downloads happen on TpT. You can also use a pack you already own.
- Learn on paper. Use the topic’s Learn link if you need an explanation. Your child completes the worksheet once; they do not repeat it in this app.
- Record the session. Choose the topic, select the SkillrHub pack used, enter pages/questions and how your child went. Add one sentence about what they could do. The date is filled for you; minutes are optional.
- Keep a few dated samples. Write a folder/page reference under Add more detail. Keep the paper yourself. Use Edit entry to correct a record; record a new session for new learning.
- Review and print. Open Review / print learning record. Select the requested reporting dates, complete the two short notes and Save reflection. Review the prompts for your child’s jurisdiction, choose whether to include the detailed journal appendix, then Print / save PDF using A4 landscape and all pages. Check the End of record line. Supply selected work samples and any official forms separately.
Use SkillrHub worksheets for Maths, English and Science. Record your own resources and activities for other subjects using Record another subject / activity. Reading, projects, sport and excursions can also be included. Tracking is free; worksheet purchases are separate. A pack purchase is not verified by this app, and a learning record does not guarantee registration approval.
Matching worksheets + topic help + simpler learning records. Buy on TpT, use on paper, then log progress here.

What these numbers mean
Registered and confirmed accounts include existing app accounts and administrators. Learner profiles include active profiles from the existing app. Profiles named DEMO ONLY are counted separately.
Tracker accounts exclude administrators. Activated means at least one non-planned entry saved by that account for a non-demo learner. Active means saving or editing such an entry in the last 7 or 30 days, using the save time rather than the learning date. New accounts uses the current Sydney calendar month.
These counts do not measure worksheet purchases, learning achievement or report completeness.
Compact subject summaries print in A4 landscape. Each subject starts on a new page; longer comments continue onto further pages. Full session history stays in your account.
1. Choose dates → 2. Review notes and samples → 3. Print your record
Single-subject reports include that subject’s entries, samples and optional journal. Whole-period reflection and goals appear only when All subjects is selected.
Review progress and next steps
Your notes are saved for this learner and these dates. Worksheet selections already supply the activity summary; add context only where needed. Summarise progress across your subjects and outline the next program. Use Record another subject / activity for learning beyond the three worksheet subjects.
Program details for your report (optional)
Enter these once for this reporting period. All details stay in your saved record; printing uses the sections relevant to your state or territory. Use your own program information.

Saved copies and backups
Device storage is provided for convenience. Files stay in this browser on this device and do not sync automatically. Clearing browser data or losing the device can remove them. Permanent retention is not guaranteed. Keep your originals and download backups regularly.
PDF snapshots stay as they were when saved. New learning and edited comments appear when you save a new copy.
Skillr saves the learning records you enter to help you prepare reports. Keep your own backups. “Open Google Drive” opens Google’s website; Skillr cannot access or manage your Drive files.
Download your backup ZIP first, then upload it yourself in Google Drive. Skillr does not connect to your Google account or upload files to Drive.
