SkillrHub editorial and QA policy
SkillrHub aims to publish resources that are accurate enough to teach from, specific enough to verify and honest about what is complete, in beta or still being expanded.
Curriculum accuracy
Curriculum codes and alignment statements should be checked against the intended curriculum source. Related state or international references must be labelled as related planning references unless equivalence has been verified.
Teaching usefulness
A page should do more than repeat a code. It should explain what the learner needs to understand, surface likely misconceptions where useful and link users to an actionable teaching or practice pathway.
Assessment integrity
Practice and tests should serve different purposes. Independent checks should not be presented as proof of mastery if the learner is still following step-by-step prompting. Where the product records progress, the first independent evidence should remain distinguishable from later practice attempts.
Search accuracy
Titles and meta descriptions may use common search language such as worksheets, practice or homeschool planning, but they should not claim a downloadable resource, year level or feature that the destination does not provide.
Corrections
When a factual, curriculum or usability error is identified, the preferred response is to correct the source resource and any dependent discovery pages rather than leaving inconsistent versions indexed.
Coverage claims
SkillrHub should distinguish between public catalogue breadth and depth of finished resources. A year/subject can be discoverable without implying that every curriculum code has the same level of teaching slides, practice and assessment.
Link integrity
SkillrHub does not treat purchased ranking links, automated link exchanges or undisclosed sponsored placements as acceptable SEO tactics. Links should be earned through useful resources, genuine references or clearly disclosed partnerships. Where a placement is sponsored or otherwise not an editorial endorsement, appropriate link attributes should be used.
Independent verification
Users should be able to compare SkillrHub’s public curriculum codes and resource descriptions with the relevant curriculum authority. SkillrHub is an independent education platform and is not presented as an official curriculum authority.
